We offer an exclusive luxury dog boarding service where your dog(s) are our only four legged house guests.
Each booking period (stay) is for a 24 hour period eg 10am - 10am.
Prices are subject to an annual increase effective April 1st each year.
Prices may be subject to change.

£Extra needs
We charge an extra % where we have guest dogs requiring far more time and attention.
Examples would be;
Bitches in season who would wear house pants and add extra cleaning requirements.
Higher maintenance health conditions eg requiring injections or daily maintenance / procedural requirements or very regular scheduled / routine veterinary visits.
Those requiring uninterrupted intense supervision and care (eg cannot be left for long or at all and are also needing night-time support)
Each case is different and bespoke rates may be discussed and negotiated but generally we add a 30% additional fee.

These rates are likely to apply if over the course of a stay - a dog's needs change.
We envisage that most bookings will be more than 3 nights but we may have the option to host dogs for 1-2 nights - bookable at very short notice.

2 night stays;
Weekdays (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thu) £89 per night
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) £95 per night

Dogs with extra needs requiring much more time than normal - price TBC on application
Puppies (age up to 18 mths)
At our family home; we much prefer to host older and more settled dogs but may occasionally consider hosting a house trained, settled puppy who does not chew furniture or household items - as our home is newly rebuilt and refurnished! Crate trained puppies are ideal for peace of mind at night. We do require a puppy to sleep at night - in their own downstairs room.

Young puppies always require high levels of supervision and support so we charge double rate up to 12 months old.
Older puppies generally 12-18 months who require less supervision are an additional £30 per night.
For those special times of year...
Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays
We are mindful to ensure that whilst we welcome many lovely dogs into our family home - that we also need to enjoy our own holiday periods as well. Welcoming dogs during our own 'special' family time requires careful thought and planning as we have no dogs or ties and we put a lot of effort into welcoming our four legged visitors.
We also need to ensure that a dog owner's special time of year or Christmas/Easter holiday etc is not spoilt by a dog stay not turning out as we all had envisaged.
Where a dog has not been to stay with us before - we would require a long weekend trial well ahead of any Christmas, New Year or Easter stay so that everyone has peace of mind ahead of a stay during a special holiday period.
Additional 50%
We charge an additional 50% of fee for the two weeks around Christmas and New Year, around the Easter weekend and for bank holiday weekend stays (3 or 4 nights: Fri, Sat Sun, Mon).
Additional chargeable services
We endeavour to help owners wherever we can but it does take extra time and incur extra cost.
- Collection or drop off from home address
- Veterinary visits beyond occasional eg a dog has to go to the vet every day for wound care or inspection
- Optional grooming parlour visits
- Private bookings at payable secure dog walking fields eg Fieldtastic - if preferred over the free secure field alternatives
Enhanced care rates - for when a dog's needs change
There are times when your dog's needs change and we need to do far more to support our canine guests...
Our rates are set at the point of booking based on information supplied by owners and we do our best to accommodate a reasonable amount of additional requirements during a stay.
However, where a dog requires a lot more supervision and care during the day - a £20 supplement is applied to a boarding rate.
Where a dog requires 24/7 supervision and care a £40 additional supplement is applied to a boarding rate.
If a dog's needs change between arranging a stay and the board starting - the owner must please share this information with us.
If a dog's needs dramatically change during a stay this will be discussed with you and a way forward will be established that hopefully allows your dog to complete their stay with the comfort and extra support that they need.
